This Bondi project transformed an unused, dusty attic into a stunning premium utility room. The homeowners wanted a bright, coastal-inspired space that could serve as both a home office and relaxation area. We installed large skylights to flood the space with natural light, added premium timber flooring, and created custom built-in storage to maximize every inch of space.

The Challenge
Living near the beach with no spare room, the owners needed a flexible home office and relaxation space but didn't want to lose any of their compact cottage's living area.
Our Solution
We converted the dusty attic into a bright, coastal-inspired utility room with large skylights, premium timber flooring and custom built-in storage, accessed by a space-saving Skylark folding ladder.
