Premium Utility Room

This unique Randwick project involved converting the roof space of a top floor apartment into a premium utility room. Working within strata requirements, we obtained full approval and transformed the unused attic into a beautiful living space with media room featuring a dramatic dark feature wall. The modern glass balustrade staircase provides seamless access from the main living area, while multiple skylights flood the space with natural light. This project demonstrates that even apartment dwellers can unlock valuable additional space.
